Hi,
My name is Joséphine Barbéry and I work as a Product Manager for a french leading startup manufacturing 3D printed orthotics, ScientiFeet. Our products are made of a 3D part in polyamide 12, with a top cover that we glue to the polyamid ; we are looking for 3 new top cover references(City, Confort and Sport).
Reference 1: City top cover
We are looking for a thin (1.5 to 2 mm max) end product with the following technical characteristics :
Top layer : microfibers leather (black or beige, what colour do you have among them ?) OR a PE or EVA layer
Bottom layer : thin PE or EVA (1-2mm) if top layer is microfibers, with a high density for the insoles cover to hold itself in the shoe
Potentially a fabric layer at the bottom of the bottom cover, which allows us to get the polyamide 12 and the PE/EVA parts glued the one with the other
Reference 2: Confort top cover
We are looking for a thin (1.5 to 2.5 mm max) end product with the following technical characteristics :
Top layer : microfibers leather (black or beige, what colour do you have among them ?) OR a PE or EVA layer
Bottom layer : thin PE or EVA (1-2mm) if top layer is microfibers, with a high density for the insoles cover to hold itself in the shoe

Reference 3: Sport top cover
We are looking for a thin (1.5 to 2.5 mm max) end product with the following technical characteristics :
Top layer : PE or EVA (2mm), with a high density for the insoles cover to hold itself in the shoe. What colours could you provide ?
Potentially a fabric layer at the bottom of the bottom cover, which allows us to get the polyamide 12 and the PE/EVA parts glued the one with the other
Would it be possible for you to supply(microfiber ? PE ? EVA ? All these material ? ), assemble and die cut in six different sizes the materials above ?
If not, what is it that you can provide/do and what is it that you cannot provide/do ? In that case, maybe you already work with other partners that could help us in the process for some materials or tasks you don't do/provide ?
